Broken tiles: Missing or broken tiles can quickly become a problem, allowing water to penetrate
the roof space and allows wind to lift more tiles causing further damage. You should act
promptly to fix the problem and limit the damage.

Re-pointing: Consists of leaving the ridge caps on their original bed of cement and applying
a fresh coat over the top of the defects/cracks to re-enforce it. This is usually done with flexible pointing.
Flexible pointing: Is a silicone and cement based pointing that is applied over the top of cement
pointing for extra hold and security against wind.

Re-bedding: Is when the entire ridge caps are removed and a new bed of cement is layed due
to the cement being too badly deteriorated for repair.

Re-roofing : Prevent ongoing costs of repair and maintenance and give your home a new look.
When your roof has deteriorated beyond repair a re-roof is the safest and most economical option.
It consists of removing all the roof tiles and battens if necessary, replacing them with new ones.

Valley replacement: Weather will deteriorate the valley irons causing them to rust creating
avenues for water leakage.

Pressure Cleaning (de-moss):Your roof can accumulate dirt, moss and lichen.
Pressure cleaning your roof can make a huge difference to the appearance and
add value to your home.

General leaks and Storm damage: This can be due to broken or cracked tiles, broken water
courses, rusted valley irons or cracked pointing. Swift repair is recommended to prevent further
damage.
